"I've finally submitted one of two of my motions -- to the court (as well as the district attorney, and my appellate lawyer). The motion is a 60- page Coram Nobis Application. The Coram Nobis is basically a motion to the courts, pertaining to the (intentional and/ or unintentional) errors of my appellate lawyer; whether there were some things he should have done, or avoided doing.
If the courts agree.. then this can lead to a reversal of the appeal process. The district attorney may argue against it & my appellate lawyer may defend his actions -- therefore, if my motion gets denied.. then there's a few more steps to take, with this path. While that's being considered, I have another Application to file with the federal courts. Afterwards, I just have to wait for their responses.

Nonetheless, Loved Ones have retained a really good lawyer, but we need to finish paying this lawyer. She will be working with a P.I.,experts and team to investigate and file a separate motion with the courts [Hence the gfme] .So for those whom insists on helping out, send what You can, and please spread the word to all of your friends.
