#FreePabloGarcia?

Pablo Garcia faces 25 years to life. He was accused of a crime he did not commit. DNA tests that originally said he was at the scene of the crime, have in fact been debunked. 11 years later, he is still in prison and we don’t know why.

Pablo was accused by another suspect who received gratuities for naming someone else, anyone else. Then an experimental DNA test was used on his and thousands of other cases. These tests were later debunked, but only a handful of convicted people were released. Thousands, including Pablo, sit in prison for a crime they didn’t commit.

This is where #FreePabloGarcia comes in. Want to dive deeper? Continue reading and visit Pablo’s GoFundMe.

Latest Updates 4/13/2021

Currently a lawyer he’s been trying to reach for approx. 5 years has. finally responded to him. They read is documents and want to defend him! This is huge because most lawyers ask for $2K - $3K just to read documents. Now, that we’ve put down the first $25K for the lawyer we need another $25K for the other half of legal fees and anther $15K for the DNA experts and the Private Investigator. It’s time to raise these funds! Please donate!

Pablo Takes A Knee For

It’s not easy for Pablo to have a photo taken but he made this one happen.

“I take a knee for the injustices us Americans have faced.
I take a knee for Black Lives.
I take a knee for my life.
I take a knee for the injustices I and others like me have faced and still face.
I take a knee for those who have experience police brutality.
I take a knee for all my brothers, sisters, and everyone on the spectrum.”

"One wrongful conviction is one too many…These convictions derail the lives of the wrongfully accused and cause tremendous pain for their loved ones. The impact is also felt by the general public… every time it is proven that an innocent person was imprisoned, public confidence in our justice system is further damaged."
